Oh honey, let us tell you – this is one delicious beer. In a beautiful collaboration sure to get your taste-buds going, The Brown Palace Hotel & Spa and Denver’s first brewpub, Wynkoop Brewing Company, have come together to create Rooftop Honey Saison, a limited-edition beer utilizing 75 pounds of honey from our rooftop honey bees. Launched during a special exclusive Afternoon Tea here at The Brown Palace, guests were welcomed to be some of the first to try the beer, paired with other delicious offerings prepared by Chef Thanawat Bates including Hops Cured Kobe Sliders and Rail Yard Ale Beer Can Chicken.
Afterwards, over very own resident pianist John Kite performed an original song about our Rooftop Honey live for the first time ever at the launch event in celebration of The Great American Beer Festival and National Drink Beer Day.
Rooftop Honey is now available in Ship Tavern and at Wynkoop, for a limited time and will be served at The Great American Beer Fest this weekend here in our great City of Denver.
