Palace Arms’ New Chef Creates a Delightful New Menu

Which of course leads us to the new dinner menu featured at the Palace Arms.  A few à la carte favorites are the Foie Gras,  Fresh Ricotta, Spring Beet Salad, Diver Scallops and Bison Rossini. A four course menu offers your selection of a tasty appetizer, soup or salad, an entrée and a delightful dessert.   Also available is the chef’s eight course tasting menu, which feature’s Chef Schreiber’s daily creations inspired by the offerings of the season. Be sure to end your captivating meal with sticky toffee pudding or bananas foster prepared table side.
